Maintenance and maintenance of CNC lathes(1) Composition of CNC lathes

  1. The main body of the machine tool: it mainly includes mechanical components such as the bed, the spindle box, the bed saddle, the tailstock, and the feed mechanism.
  2. Numerical control device: It is the control core of the CNC lathe, generally controlled by a special computer, mainly composed of a display, a keyboard, an input and output device, a memory, and system software.
  3. Servo drive system: It is the driving part of the CNC lathe actuator, which converts the motion command output by the CNC device into the motion of the moving parts of the machine tool, mainly including spindle drive, feed drive and position control.
  4. Auxiliary device: refers to some supporting parts of CNC lathe, including tool change device, hydraulic device, pneumatic device, cooling system, lubrication system, automatic chip cleaner, etc. Different purposes and different types of CNC lathes can be equipped with different auxiliary devices.
  5. Specific operation
  6. Wipe and maintain the equipment in an all-round way, remove the oil stains on the equipment, and keep the appearance of the equipment in its original color, such as handwheels and spindles. Remove debris accumulated in various parts, and wipe the guide rail surface and sliding surface of the bed.
  7. Check the level of each lubricating oil, it must not be lower than the oil mark, and add lubricating oil to each part in time.
  8. Organize your toolbox comprehensively
  9. Thoroughly clean the site
  10. Daily maintenance

Before operating the machine tool, the operator must confirm whether the spindle lubricating oil and guideway lubricating oil meet the requirements. When the oil is insufficient, add suitable lubricating oil according to the instructions, and confirm whether the air pressure is normal.

Regularly check and clean the air filter of the CNC cabinet and the circuit boards and electrical components in the electrical cabinet to avoid dust accumulation. Check whether the cooling fans on the CNC device are normal every day. For CNC lathe servo motors, regular maintenance is required. After daily operation and processing, clean and maintain the machine tool in time.

  1. Move the tool holder to the position close to the tailstock, clean the working guide rail and the shield surface, and use tools such as air guns and brushes to remove iron filings, dust, sundries and oil stains (rags). Use a broom to clean up the garbage around the equipment.
  2. Use the grease nozzle to add lubricating oil to each lubricating part
  3. Check the amount of oil in the lubricating oil tank of the guide rail.Check the oil temperature and oil volume of the spindle lubricating constant temperature oil tank.Check whether the oil pump of the hydraulic system of the machine tool has abnormal noise, whether the oil level and pressure gauge are normal, whether there is leakage in the pipeline and each joint, etc.
  1. Check whether the compressed air source pressure is normal.
  2. Check the lubrication of the x-axis and z-axis guide rail surfaces, remove chips and dirt, and check whether the guide rail surface is scratched or damaged.
  3. Check whether all protective devices are complete.
  4. Check whether the heat dissipation and ventilation devices of the electrical cabinet are working normally and whether there is any blockage.
  5. Fill in and make shift records
