CNC gear hobbing machine is a six-axis CNC gear hobbing machine, radial feed axis (X axis), tangential feed axis (Y axis), axial feed axis (Z axis), tool holder rotary axis (A axis), hob spindle Rotary axis (B axis), table rotary axis (C axis).
The spindle motor is directly installed on the tool holder, and is transmitted to the hob spindle through three pairs of high-precision cylindrical helical gears, which reduces the transmission error and improves the transmission accuracy.
The workbench adopts high-precision double-lead worm gear transmission, and is designed with a damping mechanism. There is also an unloading cylinder under the workbench to reduce the load on the C-axis motor and prolong the service life of the workbench circular guide rail.
The main guide rails are treated with hard rail quenching and plastic pasting process, thus ensuring the durability of the CNC gear hobbing machine.
The Z-axis movement adopts a new structure of balance oil cylinder and chain weight, which makes the hob better balance when cutting up and down, so that the cutting is more stable, and the service life of the ball screw can be effectively extended.
This CNC gear hobbing machinecan be customized with four-axis or five-axis models according to user needs.
CNC gear hobbing machine is suitable for gears, spur gears, cylinders, gears, helical gears, drum gears, turbines, synchronous pulleys, sprockets and other gears produced in batches and small batches.
The CNC gear hobbing machine is controlled by KND CNC system, and Fanuc and Siemens 828D CNC systems can be selected.
