The X, Y, and Z axes of the VMC series vertical machining center all use high-rigidity and high-precision ram guide rails, and the three axes all use large-lead ball screws and high-quality high-precision screw bearings; the high-power servo motor is directly connected to the precision ball screw through a precision elastic coupling, which simplifies the transmission chain and improves reliability and positioning accuracy. The Z axis uses a motor brake system, which can maintain a high balance and sensitivity during rapid positioning to ensure processing accuracy.
